WELCOME TO BUENOS AIRES
Sun. May 31, 2026
  • Arrive in Buenos Aires in the morning, meet your local guide, and transfer to your hotel to store luggage until rooms are ready.
  • 12:15 Gather together in the hotel lobby.
  • 12:30 Begin your journey a private welcome lunch at Piegari Carnes.
  • Enjoy a fun and interactive scavenger hunt through the city, designed for all ages. Along the way, discover iconic landmarks and hidden gems while engaging in challenges and games. Learn the story behind the pink hue of Argentina’s Presidential Palace, stroll down “Cartoon Lane,” and snap a photo with Mafalda.
  • Continue to Plaza de Mayo, exploring the Cathedral, Cabildo, Casa Rosada, and Santo Domingo Church.
  • In the late afternoon, check in to your hotel and take time to relax and recover from your journey.
  • Evening at leisure.

DAY 3
B’NAI MITZVAH CELEBRATION & JEWISH BUENOS AIRES
Mon. Jun 1, 2026
  • 9:00 a.m. Depart the hotel.
  • 9:30 a.m. Begin the day with a meaningful B’nai Mitzvah ceremony at the historic Libertad Synagogue. Celebrate this milestone in a beautiful setting, enriched by insight into Jewish life in Argentina.
  • Following the ceremony, visit the Jewish Museum.
  • Continue to the Once District, the vibrant heart of Jewish Buenos Aires. Visit the historic Congregation B’nai Zion synagogue on El Paso Street, a cultural and spiritual landmark reflecting the city’s rich Jewish heritage.
  • Enjoy lunch on your own at the kosher McDonald’s - the only one outside of Israel.
  • Return to the hotel to refresh.
  • 6:30 p.m. depart the hotel for a festive group dinner at The Argentine Experience. Enjoy a unique culinary program featuring local cuisine, cultural insights, and exceptional Argentine wine.

DAY 4
INTO THE RAINFOREST
Tue. Jun 2, 2026
  • 6:15 a.m. Early morning check-out and transfer to the local airport flight to Puerto Iguazú.
  • 8:55 a.m. Depart Buenos Aires.
  • 10:50 a.m. Arrive in Iguazu and meet your local guide and begin your adventure in the Paranaense Rainforest.
  • Embark on a 1.2-mile jungle trek, discovering the region’s unique flora and fauna. Continue with a ziplining experience over the Salto del Medio waterfall, followed by guided tree-climbing activities as you descend toward the Paraná Gorge.
  • Check in to your hotel.
  • Evening at leisure.

DAY 5
IGUAZÚ FALLS ADVENTURE
Wed. Jun 3, 2026
  • 8:00 a.m. Begin the day with a scenic ride aboard the ecological train to the Upper Falls circuit and the breathtaking Devil’s Throat.
  • Explore both the upper and lower circuits, walking along the Iguazú River Canyon and taking in sweeping views of the waterfalls and surrounding jungle.
  • In the afternoon, continue your adventure in Iguazú National Park. Travel along the Yacaratiá Trail on a 4x4 jungle drive.
  • Then board rafts for an exhilarating journey along the lower Iguazú River, navigating fast-flowing waters and approaching the powerful San Martín waterfall.
  • Return to the hotel after a full day of exploration.

DAY 6
RETURN TO BUENOS AIRES & CULTURAL EXPERIENCES
Thu. Jun 4, 2026
  • 6:45 a.m. Check out and transfer to the airport for your return flight to Buenos Aires.
  • 9:30 a.m. Depart Iguazu Airport.
  • 12:30 p.m. Arrival in Buenos Aires at local airport and head into the city for a fun and active afternoon.
  • Enjoy Lunch on own.
  • Option 1: Enjoy a guided bike tour through the elegant Recoleta neighborhood, cycling past parks, embassies, and grand mansions.
  • Option 2: Walking tour of Recoleta, the city’s most refined neighborhood, filled with historic mansions and chic boutiques. Visit Recoleta Cemetery, resting place of Argentina’s most iconic figures, including Eva Perón. Stop at the Israeli Embassy Memorial honoring the victims of the 1992 bombing.
  • On both tours stop at Floralis Genérica, an extraordinary 23-meter-high steel flower whose massive petals elegantly open with the morning light and close at dusk - a kinetic symbol of life’s rhythms set against the skyline of Buenos Aires.

COLORFUL BUENOS AIRES & SHABBAT
Fri. Jun 5, 2026
  • Explore the colorful La Boca neighborhood, strolling along Caminito and taking in its vibrant street art, tango dancers, and artisan stalls.
  • Continue to Puerto Madero, a revitalized waterfront district known for its modern architecture and lively atmosphere.
  • Visit the historic San Telmo Market, where you’ll experience the sights, smells, and flavors of Buenos Aires’ oldest neighborhood.
  • Lunch on your own at the market.
  • Stop at El Ateneo Grand Splendid, one of the world’s most beautiful bookstores, housed in a restored theater.
  • Participate in a hands-on Fileteado Porteño workshop, creating your own piece of this iconic Argentine art style to take home.
  • Return to the hotel to prepare for Shabbat.
  • This evening, attend Kabbalat Shabbat services at NCI Emanu-El Synagogue, followed by a warm and welcoming communal Shabbat dinner with members of the local community.

SHABBAT IN TIGRE & THE DELTA

  • Travel to Tigre, a popular weekend retreat on the outskirts of Buenos Aires and a meaningful hub for the local Jewish community.
  • Explore the Tigre Delta, known for its winding waterways, lush islands, and tranquil setting - an ideal environment for a relaxing Shabbat day.
  • Enjoy free time to explore the local market and have lunch on your own along the riverfront.
  • Visit Club Hacoaj, a cornerstone of Argentine Jewish communal life, where you’ll learn how sports, culture, and community shape Jewish identity across generations.
  • Take a scenic boat cruise through the Paraná Delta, observing island homes and the unique ecosystem.
  • Return to Buenos Aires and conclude Shabbat with a meaningful Havdalah ceremony.

GAUCHO LIFE IN THE PAMPAS & DEPARTURE

  • Check out of the hotel and travel to the Pampas for an authentic Argentine countryside experience.
  • Arrive at La Bandada estancia and enjoy a warm welcome with drinks and traditional empanadas.
  • Experience gaucho life with horseback riding across the open landscape.
  • Conclude your journey with a farewell lunch featuring a traditional Argentine asado, including grilled meats, vegetables, and fresh salads.
  • Transfer to the airport for your return flight home.

    • Validity | All prices quoted are based on exchange rates as of the proposal date and are subject to change without notice. Rates are per person and are based on shared twin room occupancy.
    • How to Make a Reservation | The quickest way to make a reservation is to register online or contact us by email. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required in order to complete the registration process.

  • Payments | The balance of your payment is due 90 days before your trip begins, or as specified in your invoice. You will receive an email reminder 2 weeks before this date. Various payment options are available as follows:
    • Credit card | We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please check with your credit card provider regarding international processing fees. We are unable to process payments of over $1,000 over the phone. Please submit payment online via a credit card or by wiring funds via your bank.
    • Domestic bank wire transfer | Payment should be wired in the same currency that is listed on your invoice. Please add the name of your group or invoice number as a reference and forward a copy of the transfer receipt by email. The bank transfer should clearly state the beneficiary’s name on the wire transfer.
  • J² Adventures reserves the right to automatically cancel your reservation on that date and it may be subject to reconfirmation should the final payment not be received.
  • Cancelation Policy | All cancelations need to be made in writing. The cancelation fee depends on the date when we receive written notification of your request to cancel your booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
    • Cancelation fees | Cancelations made 90 or more days prior to departure incur the loss of the deposit. Cancelations made 89 to 46 days prior to departure incur the loss of 50% of the full trip cost. Cancelations made 45 days or less prior to the departure incur the loss of 100% of the full trip cost.
    • Cancelation fees may also include: Hotel or supplier cancelation fees. J² Adventures reserves the right to adjust its terms of payment, including cancelation policies and initial deposits.
