We are guided by a simple but powerful concept: No two trips are the same; each experience should be personal, meaningful, and backed by superb service. DAY 3
SHABBAT SERENITY & OLD CITY WONDERS
Sat. Feb 14, 2026
  • Wake up in Jerusalem and feel the holiness of Shabbat in the air.
  • After a relaxed morning, embark on a walking tour of the Old City, beginning with a moving Shehechianu blessing from the Tower of David Rooftop, overlooking the golden stones of Jerusalem.
  • Walk through the ancient alleys, past sacred landmarks that tell the story of thousands of years of Jewish life and faith.
  • In the evening, gather for Havdallah - a beautiful ceremony marking the end of Shabbat and the start of a new week. The night is yours to explore, enjoy a local restaurant, or stroll the lively streets of Jerusalem.
Overnight: Jerusalem Meals: Breakfast
DAY 4
REFLECTION, RESILIENCE & GIVING BACK
Sun. Feb 15, 2026
  • Today we confront memory and transform it into action. Begin with a meaningful visit to Yad Vashem, Israel’s Holocaust memorial and museum, where stories of loss and resilience remind us of our collective strength. (An alternative age-appropriate program will be offered for younger children.)
  • Then, shift from reflection to connection as we explore Machaneh Yehudah Market, alive with color, sound, and flavor. Sample local treats, meet friendly vendors, and see the pulse of Jerusalem’s everyday life.
  • In the afternoon, lend a hand at Pantry Packers, preparing food packages for Israeli families in need - a hands-on act of kindness that connects our community to theirs.
Overnight: Jerusalem Meals: Breakfast
DAY 5
HANDS IN THE SOIL: GIVING, GROWING & ANCIENT LANDSCAPES
Mon. Feb 16, 2026
  • Today is all about rolling up our sleeves and connecting with Israel - its land, its stories, and its spirit.
  • Begin your day with a meaningful volunteering experience at Leket Israel, the nation’s leading food rescue organization. Join local volunteers in harvesting fresh produce from fields. Your efforts directly support Israel’s most vulnerable populations, helping ensure that no individual or family goes hungry. This hands-on activity not only gives you a chance to contribute to an essential national cause, but also offers a deeper understanding of the challenges of food insecurity and the inspiring work being done to address it.
  • Continue to Neot Kedumim, the world’s only biblical landscape reserve, where ancient texts come to life through the sights, scents, and sounds of nature. Families will embark on a guided tour of the park, discovering the plants, animals, and symbols that shaped our heritage. Then, take part in hands-on activities that root us - literally - in the land: Plant trees that will grow for generations to come, and herd sheep across the hills, just as our ancestors once did.
Overnight: Jerusalem, Israel Meals: Breakfast
DAY 6
TRAILBLAZERS OF THE PAST, INNOVATORS OF THE PRESENT
Tue. Feb 17, 2026
  • After breakfast, we check out of our Jerusalem hotel and travel west. The day begins with an adventurous Jeep tour along the Burma Road, retracing the daring route that helped secure Jerusalem’s survival during the 1948 War of Independence.
  • Continue to the Ayalon Institute, a secret underground bullet factory that tells a story of courage and ingenuity during the founding of the State.
  • Drive to the Gaza Envelope.
  • Stop at the massacre site and memorial that was the Nova Music Festival site near Re'im. The site has since been turned into a monument to those who were murdered at the festival.
  • Then, head to Tel Aviv and check into the hotel.
Overnight: Tel Aviv Meals: Breakfast
DAY 7
CREATING IMPACT & EXPLORING THE NORTHERN COAST
Wed. Feb 18, 2026
  • Participate in a hands-on volunteering workshop at MOLET, transforming reclaimed wood into functional items for communities in need. Learn about MOLET’s social mission, collaborate with local instructors, and create meaningful, sustainable products that will be donated to underserved populations—an engaging blend of creativity, teamwork, and social impact.
  • Next, travel along the Mediterranean coast to explore Caesarea, a magnificent port city built by King Herod, where ancient Roman ruins meet the modern sea breeze.
  • As evening approaches, travel up to El Carmel, a Druze village, for a traditional home-hosted dinner. Enjoy authentic Druze cuisine and hear personal stories of life and coexistence in Israel’s diverse society.
Overnight: Tel Aviv Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
DAY 8
INNOVATION, FLAVORS & TEL AVIV’S CREATIVE PULSE
Thu. Feb 19, 2026
  • Hands-on volunteering with Shachen Tov (“Good Neighbor”): Partner with this grassroots Israeli nonprofit dedicated to supporting vulnerable and underserved populations. Your group will shop for essential products in a local supermarket and help assemble care packages that provide immediate, meaningful assistance to families in need.
  • Walk the Independence Trail, tracing the places and moments where Israel’s modern story first came to life.
  • Then, head to the Levinski Market, a culinary mosaic of flavors from across the Jewish world - sample spices, pastries, and family-run delicacies.
  • End the day with a graffiti and street art workshop, exploring Tel Aviv’s dynamic culture and learning how art expresses the country’s complex identity and youthful optimism.
