DAY 1
INTO THE NEGEV: ARRIVAL & OPENING MOMENTS

  • Arrive at Ben-Gurion International Airport and feel the excitement of landing in Israel. Enjoy assistance through baggage claim and customs.
  • Travel south to the Negev Desert and check in at the hotel in Mitzpeh Ramon.
  • The Desert Speaks: Welcome cocktail and opening ceremony overlooking the Ramon Crater, followed by dinner at the hotel and opening remarks by the mission chairs.

DAY 2
DESERT, SPIRIT & CREATIVITY
Mon. Jan 25, 2027
  • Food for the Soul – Morning Options:
    • Study session with Leon Weiner (Kolot Israel) exploring “Desert, Desire, and the Ego".
    • Desert yoga session, allowing the landscape to speak to body and spirit.
  • Descend into Makhtesh Ramon, the world’s largest erosion crater, on an unforgettable 4x4 Jeep adventure that feels like stepping onto another planet.
  • Camel trek in the heart of the desert, culminating in a delicious outdoor picnic lunch.
  • Wine tasting at Ramon Winery, home to the largest vineyard in the Negev.
  • Dinner at the hotel.
  • Stargazing on the edge of the crater (weather permitting).

DAY 3
ADVENTURE & RENEWAL IN THE NEGEV

DAY 4
RESILIENCE ON THE GAZA BORDER

  • Check out of the hotel and depart Mitzpeh Ramon.
  • Along the Gaza border, meet residents who share their personal stories of life before, during, and after the tragic events of October 7, 2023. Learn about their resilience, recovery, and the rebuilding efforts shaping their future.
  • Experience a firsthand look at the efforts being made to support local farmers in the South, focusing on the restoration of agriculture in the aftermath of the October 7th attacks. This visit will highlight how Regrow Israel has helped restore farms, enhance agricultural infrastructure, and create job opportunities for those in need, promoting food security and economic resilience in the region.
  • Visit the memorial at the Nova Music Festival site near Re’im, now a place of remembrance for those murdered during the attack.
  • Enjoy a home-cooked meal at Osi’s home in Ofakim, experiencing how food, hospitality, and community play a vital role in healing and renewal.
  • Group reflection and processing with mission leaders.
  • Continue to Tel Aviv and check in at the hotel.

  • Visit the Ayalon Institute near Rehovot and its secret ammunition factory from Israel’s pre-state era.
  • Participate in a wheelchair basketball game with members of Brothers for Life, an organization founded by wounded veterans of Israel’s elite Duvdevan unit.
  • Travel to Jerusalem.
  • Stop at the Haas Promenade for a traditional Shehecheyanu blessing overlooking Jerusalem.
  • Check into the hotel.
  • Kabbalat Shabbat at the Kotel (Western Wall) followed by a festive private Shabbat dinner at the hotel.

    • Validity | All prices quoted are based on exchange rates as of the proposal date and are subject to change without notice. Rates are per person and are based on shared twin room occupancy.
    • How to Make a Reservation | The quickest way to make a reservation is to register online or contact us by email. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. A non-refundable deposit of $675 is required in order to complete the registration process.

  • Payments | The balance of your payment is due 90 days before your trip begins, or as specified in your invoice. You will receive an email reminder 2 weeks before this date. Various payment options are available as follows:
    • Credit card | We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please check with your credit card provider regarding international processing fees. We are unable to process payments of over $1,000 over the phone. Please submit payment online via a credit card or by wiring funds via your bank.
    • Domestic bank wire transfer | Payment should be wired in the same currency that is listed on your invoice. Please add the name of your group or invoice number as a reference and forward a copy of the transfer receipt by email. The bank transfer should clearly state the beneficiary’s name on the wire transfer.
  • J² Adventures reserves the right to automatically cancel your reservation on that date and it may be subject to reconfirmation should the final payment not be received.
  • Cancelation Policy | All cancelations need to be made in writing. The cancelation fee depends on the date when we receive written notification of your request to cancel your booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
    • Cancelation fees | Cancelations made 90 or more days prior to departure incur the loss of the deposit. Cancelations made 89 to 46 days prior to departure incur the loss of 50% of the full trip cost. Cancelations made 45 days or less prior to the departure incur the loss of 100% of the full trip cost.
    • Cancelation fees may also include: Hotel or supplier cancelation fees. J² Adventures reserves the right to adjust its terms of payment, including cancelation policies and initial deposits.
