FUN IN THE SUN IN EILAT

  • Meet your J² Expert Educator who will accompany you for your journey.
  • Enjoy the Red Sea: Go on a scuba dive adventure. (Not Included in your package)
  • Visit Timna Park with its ancient copper mines, impressive sandstone columns, acacia trees, and even a lake in the midst of the desert.

DAY 4
LIVING ON THE EDGE: IN THE SHADOW OF GAZA
Sat. Oct 18, 2025
  • Check out of hotel.
  • Journey through the Mitzpe Ramon and stop to encounter Makhtesh Ramon, the world’s largest erosion crater.
  • Head towards the Gaza Envelope.
  • Stop at the massacre site and memorial that was the Nova Music Festival site near Re'im. The site has since been turned into a monument to those who were murdered at the festival.
  • Reflect at the "Burnt Vehicles Compound", where 1,560 vehicles evacuated from the Gaza Envelope stand as silent witnesses to October 7.
  • Drive to Tel Aviv & welcome the city from the Jaffa lookout.
  • Check-in to your hotel.

DAY 5
TUNNELS OF JERUSALEM
Sun. Oct 19, 2025
  • Enjoy breakfast & head to Jerusalem.
  • Explore the City of David, the core of ancient Jerusalem. Learn about archaeological discoveries illustrating how the wealthy and powerful lived in ancient Jerusalem, and wade through the 2,700-year-old water tunnels (with optional dry exit).
  • Visit Hurva Square, the hub of the modern-day Jewish Quarter, and one of its major places of worship, the Hurva Synagogue.
  • Visit the Kotel (Western Wall), widely considered Judaism’s holiest site. We’ll discuss the wall’s historical and contemporary importance and experience its unique atmosphere.
  • Explore the Western Wall Tunnel, the underground continuation of the Kotel, and examine important archaeological discoveries that are revising our understanding of daily life in ancient Jerusalem.
  • Return to Tel Aviv.

DAY 6
TEL AVIV: THE FIRST HEBREW CITY
Mon. Oct 20, 2025
  • Walk along the Independence Trail in Tel Aviv and embark on a remarkable journey that begins with the founding of Tel Aviv in 1909 and ends with the establishment of Israel in 1948.
  • Tour the Milk & Honey Whisky Distillery, Israel’s only whisky distillery.
  • Experience the dynamism of Jewish life at the ANU Museum of the Jewish People, dedicated to telling their story and representing their diversity, highlighting the creative works and cultural riches of a variety of communities in different periods of history until the present day.
  • Bring your support to Hostages Square and express your solidarity with all of Israel and ask what can be done to help.

HILLS OF THE NORTH

  • Drive through Caesarea on your way north.
  • Visit the Crusader castle of Belvoir overlooking the Jordan Valley.
  • Visit Megiddo in the Jezreel Valley.
  • Return to Tel Aviv.

MEMORY & RENEWAL

  • Drive to Jerusalem.
  • Visit Yad Vashem, the national memorial to the six million Jewish victims of the Holocaust.
  • Eat, drink, and learn at Machane Yehudah with your tour educator, where we’ll sample food, sweets, and spices from all over the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
  • Take a tour of the National Library.
  • Visit Mount Herzl, Israel's national cemetery.
  • Return to Tel Aviv.

DAY 9
CULTURE & CREATIVITY IN TEL AVIV
Thu. Oct 23, 2025
  • Explore the Old City of Jaffa, including the flea market – Shuk Hapishpishim.
  • Join locals lunching at the Carmel Market, with food options from all over the Mediterranean and the Middle East. (Lunch on own)
  • Hands-on Volunteer Work with Molet: Support communities rebuilding in southern Israel by participating in hands-on woodworking and upcycling projects with Molet, an organization that transforms reclaimed materials into functional furniture and community spaces. Contribute to meaningful rebuilding efforts while engaging with local residents and learning about their resilience.
  • Late check out & airport transfer for David.

  • Value Added Tax is currently not applicable to tourists visiting Israel. Should the law change, you will be notified accordingly, and VAT will be added to your final invoice.

  • Validity | All prices quoted are based on exchange rates as of the proposal date and are subject to change without notice. Rates are per person and are based on shared twin room occupancy.
  • How to Make a Reservation | The quickest way to make a reservation is to register online or contact us by email. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required in order to complete the registration process.

  • Payments | The balance of your payment is due 30 days before your trip begins, or as specified in your invoice. You will receive an email reminder 2 weeks before this date. Various payment options are available as follows:
    • Credit card | We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please check with your credit card provider regarding international processing fees. We are unable to process payments of over $1,000 over the phone. Please submit payment online via a credit card or by wiring funds via your bank.
    • Domestic bank wire transfer | Payment should be wired in the same currency that is listed on your invoice. Please add the name of your group or invoice number as a reference and forward a copy of the transfer receipt by email. The bank transfer should clearly state the beneficiary’s name on the wire transfer.
  • J² Adventures reserves the right to automatically cancel your reservation on that date and it may be subject to reconfirmation should the final payment not be received.
  • Cancelation Policy | All cancelations need to be made in writing. The cancelation fee depends on the date when we receive written notification of your request to cancel your booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancelation fees | Cancelations made 45 days or less prior to the departure incur the loss of 100% of the full trip cost.
  • Cancelation fees may also include: Hotel or supplier cancelation fees. J² Adventures reserves the right to adjust its terms of payment, including cancelation policies and initial deposits.
