  • Stop at the Haas Promenade for a traditional “shehechiyanu” blessing of thanksgiving.

DAY 3
A CITY OF LAYERS
Fri. Jun 21, 2024
  • Tour Jerusalem’s Old City and the Jewish Quarter.
  • Among the highlights will be:
    • A climb to the rooftops, overlooking the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the golden Dome of the Rock, and the famous Hurva Synagogue.
    • The Cardo, the main street of Roman-controlled Jerusalem and its Byzantine-era columns.
    • Hurva Square, the center of modern-day life in the Jewish Quarter.
    • King Hezekiah’s “Broad Wall,” built to protect Jerusalem from invasion 2,700 years ago.
  • Participate in a Kabbalat Shabbat Yerushalmit with hundreds of Jerusalemites at the Old Train Station.
  • Visit The Jerusalem Archaeological Park. 
  • Visit the Kotel (Western Wall), widely considered Judaism’s holiest site. We’ll discuss the wall’s historical and contemporary importance and experience its unique atmosphere.
  • Participate in a Kabbalat Shabbat Yerushalmit with hundreds of Jerusalemites at the Old Train Station.
  • Shabbat Dinner at the hotel.

SHABBAT IN JERUSAELM

  • Explore the pastoral neighborhoods of Yemin Moshe and Mishkenot Sha'ananim, where the great banker and philanthropist Sir Moses Montefiore developed the famous windmill and the artists’ colony.
  • Stroll along the ramparts of Jerusalem's Old City.
  • Mark the end of Shabbat with a communal Havdalah ceremony.
  • Watch the Night Spectacular at the Tower of David Museum, a cinematic celebration of sight and sound depicting the story of Jerusalem.

DAY 5
THE DEAD SEA BASIN
Sun. Jun 23, 2024
  • Descend to the Dead Sea Basin.
  • Take the cable car to the top of Masada, where Jewish rebels are believed to have made their final attempt to resist Roman invaders (c 74 CE).
  • Float into happiness on the Dead Sea where the feeling of weightlessness is great fun.
  • In Genesis Land:
    • Ride a camel into the heart of the desert and bake pita.
    • Enjoy hospitality in a desert tent and share a traditional “hafla” dinner.
  • Return to Jerusalem.

DAY 6
THE POWER OF MEMORY
Mon. Jun 24, 2024
  • Depart the hotel.
  • Adults and children over 10: Visit Yad Vashem. Your guided tour will include:
    • The Avenue of the Righteous.
    • The Historical Museum.
    • The Children’s Memorial.
  • Children’s program:
    • The Biblical Zoo.
  • Experience the sights, smells, and tastes of Jerusalem while walking through the Mahane Yehuda open-air market.
  • Drive through the Israeli “Capitol Hill”: along the Knesset – Israel’s Parliament and its famous Menorah, the Supreme Court building, the Prime Minister’s Office, the Israeli National Bank, and the future site of the Israel National Library. Tour the grounds of Israel’s “Capitol Hill”: the Rose Garden, featuring more than 400 species of roses imported from all around the world; The Knesset – Israel’s Parliament building and its famous Menorah – Israel’s symbol monument built from bronze; The Supreme Court – designed to reflect Jewish and democratic values of justice.

  • Check out the hotel.
  • Take part in an interactive archeological dig geared to all ages at the Beit Guvrin Caves.
  • Visit the Hula Nature Reserve, home to thousands of storks, cranes, pelicans, and flamingos. Enjoy bike-riding and golf-carting.
  • Raft or kayak down the Jordan River.
  • Check into the hotel.
  • Dinner at the hotel.

NATURE AND SECUIRTY

  • Go for a jeep tour of the Golan Heights.
  • Watch the views from Mt. Bental.

  • Option 1: Sample the Golan Height’s finest wine at the Pelter Winery, owned by brothers who ran this winery out of their family farm backyard.
  • Option 2: Enjoy a chocolate workshop at the De Karina Chocolate Factory on Kibbutz Ein Zivan, where you will take part in a tour and workshop and sample handmade premium chocolate.
  • Return to the hotel and enjoy dinner.

  • Check out of the hotel.

  • Visit Caesarea, one of the Land of Israel's most important cities during the Roman Period.
  • Enter Tel Aviv and check into the hotel.

  • Validity | All prices quoted are based on exchange rates as of the proposal date and are subject to change without notice. Rates are per person and are based on shared twin room occupancy.
  • How to Make a Reservation | The quickest way to make a reservation is to register online or contact us by email. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. A non-refundable deposit is required in order to complete the registration process.

  • Payments | The balance of your payment is due 90 days before your trip begins, or as specified in your invoice. You will receive an email reminder 2 weeks before this date. Various payment options are available as follows:

  • Cancelation Policy | All cancelations need to be made in writing. The cancelation fee depends on the date when we receive written notification of your request to cancel your booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancelation fees | Cancelations made 90 or more days prior to departure incur the loss of the deposit. Cancelations made 89 to 46 days prior to departure incur the loss of 50% of the full trip cost. Cancelations made 45 days or less prior to the departure incur the loss of 100% of the full trip cost.
